We offer digital invitations tailored to customer specifications.

Charges mentioned are for video and eCard invitations in English, with delivery time mentioned. Invitation in languages other than English will cost extra.

Delivery options are subject to our working hours (11 am to 8 pm, Monday to Saturday IST).

We can add or delete functions from demo videos and a background music can be added according to your requirements without any extra cost. If you require any customization beyond font and background music (such as color or design pattern changes for specific pages), you need to select the complete customization option.

Our logo will appear in the bottom corner of the video for 5 seconds and at the corner of an eCard as shown in reference images. Removing our branding incurs an additional charge.

Please review selected invitation (do take approval from family members as well if needed) and place your order with confidence. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

We offer two free revisions or corrections. Additional revisions will cost ₹299/- for two more revisions.

Corrections requested after final delivery will be charged at ₹299/- each time.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided during the order process will be used solely for completing the order and will not be shared with third parties.

All customer data will be deleted within 3 days of final delivery, and we are not responsible for any alterations needed post-deletion.

Payments for services must be made in full or 50% at the time of placement of an order as per your comfort. Due to the custom nature of our digital invitations, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

All content, designs, and materials created by Suavasar Invites remain our intellectual property. Customers are granted a limited license to use the invitations for personal use only.

Suavasar Invites reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the modified terms.

Suavasar Invites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
